Not able to apply their ‘apparent’ training to deal with kids with special requirements ... bribery is not a strategy; particularly where there is a genuine phobia. They need to be more patience and need to listen to the parent.Filling out an online form, prior to the appointment is not an effective method to understanding the particular needs of the child.There was no consultation/ strategic discussion, with the parent prior to the appointment, they became very annoyed with our 6 years olds lack of compliance to the point of reducing the bribes from 2 to just 1 because she wasn’t compliant. She smiles when she is stressed out. They we’re completely lacking in empathy, and treated her as a naughty child because she was smiling at them.No followup after the appointment.We will not be going back.

4 year old had initial filing through this dentist , We thought we had found the dentist for our child and travelled 45 mins back to do so with a young baby. , next visit for another filing wife said from upon walking in the room she felt very uncomfortable , our child was only a bit unsettled and the Dentist was pressing her that she wasn’t reassuring her child enough. And then proceeded to cancel the appointment very quickly.Our child did not present in a highly distressed state, and is not needing to be put out under General anesthesia and has since had a filing at the school dentist without an issue .

My very anxious & nervous daughter had her tooth extracted under nitrous gas last Saturday. Dr. Nandi & her assistant were so patient & calming, the appointment went so well. Highly recommend this practice to anyone with a nervous child. Can’t thank them enough!

Have been to few paediatric dentist before. But Dr.Rod and his team is the best. 3 tooth’s removed from my son. No complaints from 6 year old little fellow. Thank you doctor

I can’t speak more highly of Dr Rod. My 14 year old daughter had a fear of dentists until she met Dr Rod. Dr Rod put her at ease, was extremely patient with her, let her progress at her pace and explained everything he was doing in an easy to understand way. He has a fantastic energy. Thank you Dr Rod. I have taken my 3 year old daughter here twice now and she was very anxious but the dentist and staff were brilliant with her and so patient and kind. They were also great with explaining all our options and costs and there was no pressure on me to make a decision either way. I highly recommend this place for any child
