St John Dental Cockburn

I am so impressed with this clinic! Dr H Perez was amazing today with my daughter tooth being pulled. He took his time and never did we feel rush and as a result my daughter didn't even notice her tooth being pulled! Both him, his assistant and the reception staff were amazing. Thank you so much Ill definitely be recommending Dr H Perez to my friends and family.

Favourite dentist ever! I hated going to the dentist until I booked in for an emergency visit with Dr Hugo Perez a couple of years ago. He's been my regular dentist since then. I don't worry about going to the dentist anymore and go at least twice a year now. Gabrielle at reception is an angel too :)

excellent Dentists and very knowledgeable, made me feel very at ease. i was offered nitrous as i was nervous and with the lovely caring Dental Nurse holding my hand Emily, i felt really comfortable. i can highly recommend Dr Rogers with her relaxing caring nature.

Dr Rogers seemed knowledgeable and friendly at first but the practice as a whole is unreliable. Dr Rogers told me that she’d ring me a week after my appointment to discuss an X-ray I had transferred over from another practice and then refer me to a specialist. Over a week later no call. I called St John Dental and was told I’d get a call back shortly. The next day Dr Rogers called and told me the reception hadn’t let her know my X-ray was ready. She then said she had sent my referral and that they’ll call me back in a few days. Of course no call back a week later. I called St John again and the reception said they could see nothing about a referral in my history and that they’d call me back. 10 mins later I get called back and told they had sent the referral and gave me a number to ring to ask about the appointment.I then called the specialist. The specialist had no record of a referral. Guess what? The referral arrived mid phone call. St John Dental had lied and just sent it now. They had forgotten to follow through again. My teeth are very sore and I keep getting my time wasted with their inability.

Today was my first time going there. All staff were lovely. Would highly recommend them, Dr Rogers and her assistant were so kind and gentle and after having bad experiences with dentists in the past, she made me feel at ease. Definitely worth the 25 min travel.

I am so pleased after my last two appointments with Dr Gabrielle Rogers. I initially booked an appointment due to a cracked molar - I had avoided going to the dentist for the longest time due to having an extremely sensitive tooth (which happened to be the one which cracked). She was so calm and friendly and eased my nerves, while reassuring me as I was a bit stressed! I recently went back for a check up and clean and had a great experience again. Both times I went in the afternoon and didn't wait more than 5 or so minutes after my appointment time which was great!Dr Gabrielle is very gentle and thorough and I leave each appointment wondering why I ever avoided going to the dentist! I appreciate that she identifies an issue without making you feel guilty or bad as some dentists can do this.The practice is great for HBF members also as it is a HBF preferred provider.Lastly the receptionists are friendly, warm and welcoming. I've recommended this practice to a bunch of my friends who live around the area as I really have had such a great experience. Thank you team! :)

Had a wonderful experience at st John dental. Dr Hugo and his dental assistant are fantastic. New the exact price before proceeding. Reception staff lovely. Cheaper than I expected. I don't have private health cover and expect expensive but the price was very reasonable. Will only go to St John dental from now on. Great work guy very happy.

I wasn't hopeful about getting emergency dental treatment for a cracked tooth so close to Xmas, but St John Dental Cockburn not only had appointments but offered a pre-appointment chat on the phone, wonderful service from reception and from Dr Jonathan Lee and his assistant on the day (I felt really listened to and helped) and the post-service follow-up call the next day. Very up-front about treatment recommendations and their costs. Highly recommend!

I had my veneers done by Dr Hugo Perez. I just wish I had done it earlier! It has boosted my confidence and I love the result. The entire practice is fantastic...from the girls at the reception to all the Hugo’s assistants and coworkers that'l contributed to my new smile. Hugo’s work is amazing and I cannot stop smiling since I had this work done! Thank you
