Butler Village Family Dental

Took my older children here recently that needed quite a bit of treatment. The receptionist is welcoming and lovely, she talked me through the cost, gap payments as quite new to Australia. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The dental treatment my kids received from Kai was thorough and gentle and has been a positive experience for them. Would definitely recommend for sure.

My wife has since childhood has been terrified of Dentists, but the caring, considerate attitude and compassion shown by Dr Kay and her staff has made dental visits so much easier for my wife, and myself, who needs to be close at hand at all times. In 45 years i have never seen my wife leave a dental surgery with a smile not tears. Highly recommended for nervous patients and another booking has been made..Thanks again.

We used to see Dr Richard MacDonald at Anchorage Dental Care when he was based there. He was wonderful with both my very small (at the time) child and I. When I found out he’d set up at this practice I had no hesitation in switching to Butler Village Family Dental. He’s extremely gentle, kind, warm and professional and I feel like we’re both in very safe hands. I’ve had significant orthodontic work carried out over 10 years when I was younger so I’ve been treated by a number of orthodontists and dentists in the past and Dr Richard is without doubt my favourite. I’ve also recommended him to friends who are also very happy to have found such a wonderful dentist.

First time at the dentist in 15+ years. Hate it due to the pushy sales and high costs.This went so well. Went in for two fillings and Clementine wasn’t pushy or over the top with sales. She just looked, explained everything and did the work perfectly.I’m very happy. Would be happy to return for future appointments.

Great service and professionalism! The dentists are lovely, and always nice to talk to, as are the administrators. Always feel right at home when I’m in the operating chair haha. Highly recommend.

Our whole family will follow Dr Rick McDonald anywhere. He's the best and we're ever so grateful to have him as our dentist. Our Mum is 93 refuses to see anyone else.
